IndusInd Bank
IndusInd Bank released its fiscal fourth quarter earnings with a loss of Rs 2,328.92 crore in comparison to a profit of Rs 2,349.08 crore recorded during the corresponding quarter of FY24. The net interest income (NII) for the quarter stood at Rs 3,048.3 crore, down 43.3 per cent on-year as against Rs 5,376.5 crore reported during the fourth quarter of previous financial year.
ONGC
Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) reported a 20% decline in its consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of FY25 at Rs 8,856 crore against Rs 11,096 crore in Q4FY24. On a sequential basis, the net profit declined by 9% from Rs 9,784 crore in Q3FY25. The company’s revenue from operations during the quarter under review stood at Rs 1.70 lakh crore, down marginally from Rs 1.72 lakh crore in Q4FY24. Total income stood at Rs 1.73 lakh crore during the quarter under review, down from Rs 1.75 lakh crore in Q4FY24.
NTPC Green Energy
NTPC Green Energy, the renewable energy subsidiary of state-owned NTPC, reported a 188% rise in its consolidated net profit for the last quarter of FY25 at Rs 233.21 crore on higher income. On a sequential basis too, the profit rose by as much as 255% from Rs 65.61 crore in Q3FY25. The company reported a net profit of Rs 80.95 crore in Q3FY24. The company’s revenue from operations stood at Rs 622.27 crore, up 22% from Rs 508.14 crore in the same period of the previous year.
InterGlobe Aviation
InterGlobe Aviation, which runs India’s largest carrier IndiGo, posted its best-ever March quarter profits, riding on robust demand for the Mahakumbh festival. With plane seats in short supply, fares in February had soared. The Gurugram-based company recorded a consolidated net profit of Rs 3,068 crore in Q4FY25, a 62 % jump year on year. It also beat the consensus estimates from Bloomberg of Rs 2,574 crore. IndiGo’s Q4 consolidated revenue from operations jumped 24% YoY to Rs 22,152 crore, beating the estimate of Rs 21,887 crore.
Tata Consultancy Services
Tata Consultancy Services, India’s largest IT services company, announced that it has received an add-on Advance Purchase Order (APO) worth approximately Rs 2,903 crore from state-run telecom firm Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL). The order is part of BSNL’s ongoing efforts to roll out its 4G mobile network across the country. According to a regulatory filing, TCS will be responsible for the planning, engineering, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and annual maintenance of 4G mobile network infrastructure across 18,685 sites.
Power Finance Corporation
Power Finance Corporation posted an 11% rise in its consolidated net profit to Rs 8,357.88 crore for the quarter ended March 31, mainly on the back of higher interest income. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 7,556.43 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, according to a regulatory filing. Total income rose to Rs 29,285.45 crore in the quarter under review, from Rs 24,176.34 crore in the same period a year ago. The interest income in the quarter rose to Rs 28,676.15 crore from Rs 23,891.19 crore in the same period a year ago.
RVNL
Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL) reported a 4% YoY decline in consolidated net profit to Rs 459.12 crore for the fourth quarter of FY25, compared to Rs 478.40 crore in the same quarter last year. The company’s consolidated revenue from operations also fell by 4%, coming in at Rs 6,427 crore for the March 2025 quarter, down from Rs 6,714 crore recorded in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.
KPIT Tech
KPIT Technologies, an automotive technology company, has established a new technology centre in Gothenburg, Sweden. This is KPIT’s first location in the Nordics and signifies its entry into the Swedish automotive and mobility ecosystem.
