U.S. immigration forms now include Trump Card Visa query for green card holders and foreigners – Investing Abroad News

Trump Gold Card has started to flow into the immigration process of America. US permanent residents and foreign visitors to the United States are being asked on immigration papers if they have applied for a ‘Trump Card Visa’, reports Wired.

The White House has not yet formally announced this, but some US permanent residents and international visitors are already being asked if they have filed for a ‘Trump Card Visa,’ Wired reported.

President Donald Trump first proposed the introduction of a $5 million golden visa in February, presenting it as a method for affluent individuals to buy residency in the United States and a road to citizenship.

$5 million Trump Gold Card or the golden visa will be used as a pathway to get US citizenship with the payment made directly to the US government.

Trump’s Gold Card could potentially cover the $35 trillion US deficit, with a million cards generating $5 trillion and 10 million cards collecting $50 trillion for the Trump administration.

In a March podcast appearance, Trump’s commerce secretary, Howard Lutnick, claimed to have sold 1,000 gold cards, with Trump estimating they could sell 1 million overall.

The details of the Gold Card, eligibility, requirements, and features are yet to be made public, and no bill has been introduced in Congress.

Elon Musk’s team has been working with officials from Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the State Department, the Department of Homeland Security and United States Citizenship and Immigration Services to create a website and application process for the Trump Gold Card.

DOGE, established by Trump to boost government productivity by “modernizing federal technology and software is now playing a crucial role in shaping the American immigration system.

DOGE registered the domain trumpcard.gov in late March, as per public records from the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.

The US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has added a reference to the Trump Card Visa in the live application form for Global Entry, allowing pre-approved U.S. citizens, green card holders, and travelers from certain countries to enter the US through a fast lane, saving time at the airport.

People who apply for Global Entry with a foreign passport are currently given the option to select if they have “submitted an application for a Trump Card Visa,” tests by WIRED show.
