Although Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ legal turmoil has dealt him a few small victories recently amid his ongoing sex trafficking and racketeering case, his lawsuit pool is not necessarily getting any lighter. Yet another person has spoken out about Diddy allegedly raping and sexually assaulting him at a party the disgraced rapper hosted in 2015. The accuser has also heavily name-dropped top US celebrities, listing them all as witnesses of the assault.
Accuser Joseph Manzaro even levelled serious allegations against Diddy, saying that he forced him to wear a penis mask in addition to having “facilitated and engaged in the trafficking,” according to a lawsuit filed in Florida. Official docs obtained by Page Six state that the once-bigshot record producer “directly penetrated acts of sexual violence” toward him at the early April 2015 birthday party.
New sexual assault lawsuit against Diddy mentions Beyonce, Jay-Z and other celebs
Manzaro’s lawsuit hits out hard against several major celebrities from the US scene, including Jay-Z, Beyonce and LeBron James — all past close connections of Diddy linked to his notorious ‘White Parties.’ The alleged victims further claimed that Glorio and Emilio Estefan witnessed his humiliation at Diddy’s ‘Freak-Off- party. Individuals Eric Mejias, Brendan Paul and Adria English are also believed to have been in attendance.
Further dragging Emilio and Gloria Estefan, the accuser said he was drugged and taken to Star Island in Miami for the 2015 party. He was supposedly first brought into the back entrance of Emilio and Gloria’s mansion, where the latter noticed his “drug-induced stupor” and urged for an ambulance to be called. He also claimed to have seen LeBron James walking around in a bath towel.
According to TMZ’s intel, ex-porn star Adria English, who started her career as a go-go dancer at Diddy’s parties was the one to lead him through a secret tunnel to Combs’ mansion. When he regained partial consciousness, he found himself in a large party area where he spotted Beyonce and Jay-Z.
Jay-Z’s attorney reports his Florida absence
Diddy did in fact host a 17th birthday party for his son in April 2015. However, simple Google searches reveal that Jay-Z was in NYC on April 1, 2015 — the date of the alleged event — for Tidal streaming service, which he had purchased at the time. The Roc-A Fella Records founder’s attorney Alex Spiro told TMZ the same thing: “Mr Carter wasn’t in Florida at that time to witness this incident – he was engaged in easily findable public activities that prove he was not at this event. This is more nonsense that erodes the trust in our “justice” system.”
Despite the purported grand gathering at the site of the alleged sexual assault, Manzaro is only suing the ‘Bad Boy for Life’ artist, Emilio, Adria and Brendan Paul – Diddy’s alleged drug mule for human trafficking, per TMZ. Manzaro’s description of the party in question – which he calls a ‘Freak-Off’ – doesn’t match what prosecutors have suggested involves a ‘Freak-Off’ in the federal indictment. Their address simply alludes to a male sex worker and another woman being present alongside Diddy.
Diddy’s reps torch new lawsuit
Legal team for Diddy, who is currently being in a federal lockup in Brooklyn, again slammed the lawsuit like they have previous allegations. “This complaint demonstrates the depraved lengths plaintiffs will travel to garner headlines in pursuit of a payday. No sane person reading this complaint could credit this story. Mr. Combs looks forward to having his day in court where these lies – and the perverse motives of those who told them – will be revealed,” they said.
LeBron James was not even in Miami, says spokesperson
Meanwhile, a LeBron James spokesperson has also denied the basketball star’s presence in Miami: “This is demonstrably false and doesn’t even merit a report or response. A basic internet search shows what LeBron was doing all of April 2015. He was playing basketball for the Cleveland Cavaliers and never in Miami.”
Estefans’ rep rebuts claims
Gloria and Emilio Estefan’s rep has additionally “strongly” denied the allegations. Further addressing the claims made regarding their alleged property in the lawsuit, they added, “The property in question was never a home where Gloria and Emilio resided, but it was rather a house they owned for family use. There were no parties thrown at that property between 2012 and 2019. We have all necessary documentation to support these facts and will provide it to the court.”
Diddy’s alleged drug mule’s lawyer speaks out
Brendan Paul’s attorney Brian Bieber has similarly questioned the credibility of the suit, torching it as an “April Fool’s Day joke.” Insisting on the impossibility of the allegations, he commented, “If someone seriously filed this lawsuit, the allegations against Brendan are 100% false and literally impossible to have occurred.”
