Bollywood star Akshay Kumar, well known for his ‘Khiladi’ personality, always makes headlines for his movies. These days, the actor is receiving praise for his recently released film Kesari Chapter 2. But this time, he’s in the news for a high-profile real estate deal.
In March, Akshay sold his two apartments in Borivali, Mumbai, and now he has recently sold his office in Lower Parel, Mumbai, for Rs 8 crore. According to a Square Yards report, the transaction was registered in April 2025. The transaction incurred a stamp duty of Rs 48 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.
The office space is located in One Place Lodha, spread across an area of 1146.88 square feet, which includes two car parking spaces.
Over the last few months, Akshay Kumar has had real estate transactions worth over Rs 100 crore in the Mumbai by selling properties he owned. This includes three apartments worth over Rs 15 crore in Oberoi Sky City, in Borivali, Mumbai.
The actor and his wife Twinkle Khanna were also in the news in February this year for after they sold their luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Oberoi 360 West project for Rs 80 crore, according to documents accessed by IndexTap.
The Lower Parel area of Mumbai is a prime residential and commercial hub that promises luxurious living space and seamless connectivity to business places such as Bandra-Kurla Complex and Nariman Point. Many Bollywood stars, including Manoj Bajpayee, Shahid Kapoor, Abhishek Bachchan, and Amish Tripathi, own properties in posh areas like Lower Parel.
