As the co-founder and chief product & technology officer at Beacon, I lead our product vision and technology strategy to serve Global Canadians — whether they’re newcomers, or established citizens with a global connect. At Beacon, we’re reimagining the experience of settling and thriving in Canada, and I’m responsible for ensuring our platform reflects that. From digital banking that starts pre-arrival, to everyday transaction and cross-border bill payments, I work at the intersection of product innovation and human-centered design. I collaborate across product, engineering, design, marketing and operations teams to continuously evolve our offerings in response to the real needs of our users.
The Weekdays
Weekdays are about staying close to the problem and the people. I spend time with our teams iterating on how we make Beacon simpler, more powerful, and more relevant—whether that’s building smarter onboarding flows for pre-arrivals, embedding financial tools into everyday moments, or enabling long-term credit growth for global Canadians. I also stay connected to the broader community through partner conversations, user research, and on-the-ground events, ensuring that what we build isn’t just useful—it’s essential.
The Weekend
Weekends are when I unwind and reconnect. I spend time with family and friends, read, and maintain my 400+ day Duolingo streak. Summers usually mean golf, while winters are for skiing. It’s my way of staying grounded while still learning and challenging myself in different ways.
The Toys
I’m currently intrigued by the Vision Pro and what it could mean to change the way we engage with technology. I also spend a great deal of time creating and testing new product concepts on Lovable—it’s my virtual sandbox and a design outlet for testing what’s next.
The Logos
I’m a lifelong Manchester United fan—loyal through every high and low. I admire the club not just for its history, but for its ability to reinvent itself across generations while holding onto its identity.
