Adani Total Gas declared a dividend of 25 paise per equity share, which is 125% of the face value. This marked a total dividend payout of Rs 0.50 for FY25, driving its dividend yield to 0.08% from 0.04%.
An interesting point to be noted is that the company’s dividend payout remained the same over quarters or financial years, which is Rs 0.25, despite changes in net profit or share price.
“The Board has recommended a dividend of Re. 0.25 (rupees twenty-five paisa only) per equity share of face value of Re.1/- each fully paid-up for the financial year 2024-25, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing annual general meeting of the company,” said the company in an exchange filing.
Adani Total Gas Q4 results
The company declared the dividend while reporting its quarterly results for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2024-25. Adani Total Gas’ net profit for the period stood at Rs 155 crore, a fall of 8% year-on-year, compared with Rs 167.96 crore posted in the fourth quarter of FY25, which was primarily driven by higher volumes in city gas distribution. Its revenue from operations grew by 15.5% to Rs 1453.37 crore from Rs 1258.37 crore in Q4FY24.
Adani Group’s gas company recorded an EBITDA growth of 0.6% to Rs 266.4 crore in Q4FY25. However, the EBITDA margin narrowed by 6 basis points to 19.9% from 20.5% quarter-on-quarter.

The company’s third-quarter profit fell 20% year-on-year to Rs 142 crore in Q3 FY25. However, its revenue from operations rose by 13% YoY to Rs 1,401 crore. Its operating EBITDA for Q3FY25 declined 9% YoY to Rs 277 crore, down from Rs 300 crore in the year-ago period.
