IT major HCL Tech on Tuesday announced an interim dividend of Rs 18 per equity share of Rs 2 each of the company for the financial year 2025-26. The company announced the record date for the payment of the aforesaid interim dividend as April 28, 2025.
In a regulatory filing, it said, “The Board of Directors has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs 18 per equity share of Rs 2 each of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26. The Record date for the payment of the aforesaid interim dividend shall be April 28, 2025 and the payment date of the said interim dividend shall be May 6, 2025.”
Shiv Walia, Chief Financial Officer, HCLTech, said, “Our Board is pleased to declare Rs 18/share as the dividend for the quarter, bringing the total to Rs 60/share for FY25, which is 93.5 per cent of the EPS.”
Before this, HCL Tech had announced its fourth interim dividend of Rs 18 per share of Rs 2 each for the financial year 2024-25 (FY25). This included a special dividend of Rs 6 per share to celebrate 25 years of the company’s public listing. The company had set January 17 as the record date for the purpose, while the payment date of dividend is January 24, 2025.

Today, HCL Tech released its fiscal fourth quarter earnings report wherein it posted profit at Rs 4307crore, up 8.05 per cent YoY. The IT services major posted revenue from operations at Rs 30,246 crore, up 6.13 per cent as against Rs 28,499 crore reported during the fourth quarter of FY24.
HCL Tech said that the company revenue growth for FY26 is expected to be between 2.0 – 5.0 per cent YoY. Services revenue growth, meanwhile, is expected to be between 2.0 – 5.0 per cent YoY.
