Ajith Kumar starrer “Good Bad Ugly” hit the global big-screens today on April 10. This long-awaited nostalgia evoking film stars Ajith Kumar and Jackie Shroff in key roles among others. Collecting over Rs 10 crore in its first day, the Adhik Ravichandran directorial had a 73.14% in Tamil Occupancy across theatres. Fans online have called it the “Avengers” version of India, the superhero franchise of the west.

Fans across the world have come to X to share their views on “Good Bad Ugly”. While most viewers agree on X that the film had a “thin plot and a draggy second half” has the plot loosens up after the interval. Despite of that, Good Bad Ugly twitter reviews have rated the film based on the vintage feel of the film with larger than life moments about the protagonist and an overall mass loaded action film.
Netizens have called the film unmissable while other have called the film “cringe”. Referencing to the typical masala-formula film, Good Bad Ugly has also been received as “Best Cringe of the Year” by some viewers too. Contrasting these reviews a member of the audience also called the viewing experience of the film, “like a lion came out of a cage” with relatable references to “Thala” fans becoming a commercial entertainer.

With a nearly Rs 11 crore opening day till now, the film has performed well among the Telugu audience across the 2,547 shows active nationwide. Beating box office records of Salman-starrer Sikandar, the film has outperformed it in terms of reviews as well as staggeringly high occupancy rates in morning shows.
