The privilege to fly without any visa restrictions to your destination is certainly a dream come true. This becomes a dream due to the tiring process of getting visa approvals along with other formalities. However, the privilege to visit a country without any visa restrictions mainly depends on how strong your country’s passport.
According to the Henley Passport Index, India’s ranking has slipped to 81 in 2025 from 80th rank. This certainly limit the access of Indian travellers to visa-free countries or even makes it troublesome for them to travel to other countries.
Indian nationals can travel to 58 countries without any visa restriction, though popular destinations such as the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States require they need to go through the conventional method. Among the visa-free destinations, Mauritius and Indonesia are highly popular and sought-after destinations. In the list, there are countries such as Laos, Fiji, Madagascar and more, which are not very popular, but there is a lot of possibility to explore.
The list highlights African countries like Kenya and Zimbabwe, famous for their abundant wildlife and accessible visa-free for Indians. It also includes several nature-rich destinations in Oceania, specifically Fiji, Micronesia, the Palau Islands, and Vanuatu.
