M&M will declare its financial performance for the fourth quarter financial year today, May 5. According to an earlier stock exchange filing, the Board of Directors is set to meet and approve both standalone and consolidated audited results.
Alongside financials, the board is also expected to take a call on whether to recommend a dividend for shareholders.
M&M’s April 2025 auto sales
M&M clocked 84,170 vehicle sales in April 2025, a 19% increase from a year ago. SUV sales were particularly strong, rising 28% to 52,330 units. Meanwhile, commercial vehicle sales stood at 22,989 units.
Exports jumped 82% YoY to 3,381 units
M&M Q4FY25: Will there be a dividend announcement?
Besides earnings, the company may also make a key decision on dividend payout. The market is abuzz with speculation as investors look forward to a possible reward for holding the stock.
M&M in its filing said that dividend discussions will be part of the board meeting today.

In the third quarter, M&M consolidated net profit jumped nearly 20% to Rs 3,180 crore compared to the same quarter last year. Revenue too rose by nearly 18% YoY to Rs 41,465 crore. Even on a standalone basis, profits surged by 19% to Rs 2,964 crore.
M&M stock performance
M&M’s share price in the last one month surged 19%, while it has climbed 33% over the past year. However, the year 2025 so far has been a bit choppy, with the stock down 4% YTD.
With a market capitalisation of Rs 3.53 lakh crore, M&M’s stock has touched a 52-week high of Rs 3,270.95 and a low of Rs 2,160.
