In its latest ranking for 2025, Blind, an anonymous professional network, has announced a detailed picture of workplace satisfaction across India’s tech sector. The report is based on inputs collected from over 7,000 verified employee reviews. The survey has evaluated companies across six metrics, including company culture, career growth, compensation and work-life balance, and trust in the leadership.
Targets, Nvidia, American Express shines
Retail giant Target has been declared as one of the most top-rated companies to work in India, and the second slot has been awarded to Nvidia, followed by American Express. Meanwhile, Apple, Meta, Google and VMware are also featured on the prominent top 15 list.

Comparatively, despite having a lower median salary of $32,250, American Express has been ranked in the top slot because of its strong performance in categories like workplace environment and trust in the management.
Alex Han, Communications Manager at Blind, stated, ‘’Globally, non-monetary factors have consistently, while compensation frequently emerges as an outlier.’’ ‘’This trend holds true in India as well,’’ he added.
Companies that have received the highest ranking in terms of company culture include Nvidia, Akamai Technologies, Target, Arista Networks, JPMorgan Chase, Zoho, and ServiceNow. While trust in the leadership was especially recorded high at tech firms like Pure Storage, AMD, Apple, and EPAM Systems.
Worst tech companies to work in India
On the contrary, Amazon was voted as the least favourable workplace in India, along with companies like IBM, Coinbase, Sprinklr and InMobi.
Coinbase received poor ranking in terms of category related to workplace satisfaction and management, despite offering a high median salary of $82,000 and is among the top 12%.
Blind also revealed that firms like Apple, Meta, Microsoft, Google, and Nvidia are among the most searched companies by Indian users. These companies have been searched along with trending terms like H-1B, promotion and layoff.
