IT firm LTIMindtree Ltd on Wednesday announced its fiscal fourth quarter earnings report with profit at Rs 1128.60 crore, posting a growth of 2.53 per cent in comparison to Rs 1100.70 crore recorded during the corresponding quarter of previous fiscal year. It posted revenue from operations at Rs 9771.70 crore, up 9.88 per cent as against Rs 8892.90 crore during the fourth quarter of FY24. The company EBIT stood at Rs 1345.5 crore. According to a CNBC TV18 poll, LTIMindtree was expected to post Q4 profit at Rs 1138 crore and revenue for the quarter in review was estimated at Rs 9865 crore.
For FY25, the company revenue stood at Rs 38,008.10 crore, reporting a growth of 7.0 YoY and net profit for the financial year came in at Rs 4602.00 crore, up 0.4 per cent on-year.
The company board also recommended a final dividend of Rs 45 per equity share of Re 1 each, for approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). In a regulatory filing, the company said, “…the final dividend will be paid within 30 days from conclusion of the AGM. Record Date for the purpose of determining members eligible to receive dividend and the date of AGM, shall be intimated in due course.”
Debashis Chatterjee, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, LTIMindtree, said, ““We concluded FY25 with a revenue growth of 5 per cent in constant currency terms and an EBIT margin of 14.5 per cent. Our key verticals and a major geography drove our yearly growth despite an ongoing challenging macro environment.”
Talking about the order book, he said, “The robust order inflow, driven by a significant array of AI-led deal wins, illustrates the pervasive integration of AI across our service offerings. Venu Lambu’s transition to LTIMindtree has been seamless and supports our strategic goals. His growing understanding of the organisation, combined with our ability to secure large deals, strong presence in tech-intensive sectors, and robust balance sheet, positions us well to leverage the opportunities ahead of us.”
Earlier in January, LTIMindtree had appointed former Randstad Digital chief executive as its CEO-designate to eventually replace Debashis Chatterjee.
In terms of clients, LTIMindtree said that it has 741 active clients as of Mar 31, 2025. The company said that the trailing 12 months attrition was 14.4 per cent and as of March 31, 2025, the company’s total headcount stood at 84,307 professionals.
