It is that time again, Tech Mahindra is gearing up to drop its financial results. Scheduled for April 24, the buzz comes at a time when major IT players like TCS, Infosys, and HCL Tech have already declared their payouts, setting the tone for the earnings season.

Tech Mahindra Q4 results on April 24
Tech Mahindra has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on April 23-24 to approve the financial results for Q4 and the full fiscal year. Alongside, the board will also consider recommending a final dividend for FY25.
“Tech Mahindra Ltd, a specialist in digital transformation, consulting, and business reengineering services, will announce its audited results for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March 2025 on 24th April 2025,” the company said through an exchange filing.
Tech Mahindra dividend diaries: What’s the pattern?
If past payouts are any hint, Tech Mahindra could continue to reward its shareholders. Just last October, the company declared an interim dividend of Rs 15 per share. Before that, it paid a final dividend of Rs 28 in July 2024, and another interim dividend of Rs 12 in November 2023. In July 2023, shareholders pocketed Rs 32 per share as final dividend. The company even threw in a Rs 18 special dividend back in 2022.
Looking back: Tech Mahindra Q3FY25 numbers
Tech Mahindra’s Q3FY25 net profit nearly doubled, surging 92.6% to Rs 983.2 crore from Rs 510.4 crore in the same period last year.
Revenue saw a modest rise of 1.4%, but what really stood out was the EBITDA which rose a whopping 57.8% at Rs 1,809 crore.
Tech Mahindra’s stock performance
Ahead of the Q4 results, Tech Mahindra shares have had a bit of a rollercoaster ride. Over the last five trading sessions, the stock jumped over 11%. But zoom out a little and the story shifts, down 1% in the past month, and 15% lower year-to-date.
Over a one-year period, though, the stock is still up 20%. Its 52-week high was Rs 1,807.7, and the low was Rs 1,172.8. On Wednesday. In today’s trading session, the share price of Tech Mahindra ended the day at 1,442, up nearly 5%.
